I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason at any time.

Please provide a visual reference of the character(s) as well as a detailed description of what you are looking for. The more information the better. Please be thorough and descriptive, as I will not make adjustments later on if information was not provided.

Commission time runs between 0-3 Weeks. Any delays will be properly notified to all commissioners.

Commissions are not completed on a first-come first-serve basis. They will be completed in a timely manner depending on the detail and information.

I will not do more than 3 commissions per individual at a time.

If you would like your commission to remain private, I must be notified prior to beginning the work.

Additional charges may be added for complexities in a character, background, or other component of the drawing. All fees will be discussed up-front and added into the initial commission quote.

My art style will not be altered for any personal preference. If you do not like my art style, do not commission me.

Any quote I provide is valid for 60 days after the date it was given. Afterwards, quote pricing is subject to change.

All payments are to be made in USD through PayPal or CashApp. Other payment methods must be discussed prior to confirming the commission.

Payment must be received before work will begin on your commission. I will not begin a sketch until a full payment is made for the piece.

I retain all rights to my artwork. This includes, but is not limited to, the ability to post/share the work on social medias or as an example in my galleries, distribute or reproduce the work, and/or use as a sample for self-promotion.

Artwork is for personal use only. It may not be used for profit of any kind. Prints or products can be made for personal use, but not for profit/commercial use.

My watermark may not be removed from any commission, at any time, for any reason. If watermark is removed, commissioner loses all rights to the artwork.

Artwork may be cropped or resized to be used an an icon, wallpaper, or any other non-commercial purposes.

If a refund is requested during the sketching process, 50% of the payment will be refunded.

Once the initial sketch has been provided, a refund is no longer provided upon cancellation of the work by the client.

A full refund will be provided upon any unjustifiable reasoning for your commission to remain incomplete.
